I have been working out for over thirty years but teaching group fitness since around 2003. My fitness journey really started when I swam for my island home from the age of 12 and then when I immigrated, for my high school. I seriously and consistently started to work out when I returned home in 2001. Here, I received training for group fitness for BodyPump and BodyAttack, Les Mils classes, and also did a training course to be a certified Spin instructor from Madd Dogg.
