The Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice (CDERP) provides research, training, consulting, and support in the area of disability employment. We have a focus on evolving the evidence base for disability employment with an emphasis on Customised Employment and Discovery. We deliver training and professional development via CDERP College for disability employment professionals, advocates and families. CDERP works with service providers on organisational change along with supporting individuals through our Work First disability employment program and the Glide In capacity building program that supports a successful transition from school to employment or study. CDERP has research partnerships globally that work to improve the evidence base for employment practice along with influencing government policy that supports evidence-based practice with our overall goal of improving disability employment outcomes that support individuals to achieve meaningful employment.
