Why “God Ordained Fitness? Anyone feel like they need a refresh in life? In your workouts? In your routine? Feel pulled a million different directions and too exhausted to even think of working out? Too busy with the kids' schedules and there simply just isn’t enough time in the day. Or maybe you’re so tired of getting in shape for the big event or reunion, only to fall off the workout wagon once it’s over? Friends, it has to be bigger than us. Fitness has to be bigger than us. Life has to be bigger than us. And that’s where God Ordained Fitness comes in. Philippians 4:13 tells us “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!” I want you to experience your workouts in a way that is far greater than yourself. I want you to experience fitness that is God Ordained.
