Cancer caregivers across the world are struggling to prepare appealing food for cancer fighter to help them overcome the disease. Hemal Dalal who have been through the same struggle while her husband (Kashyap) was diagnosed with head & neck cancer. It was unbearable for her to see Kashyap, who is a foodie to not even have an ample meal during the day. This lead to the discovery of "Food Of Hope" - Hemal, a graduate in Food & Nutrition started inventing various ways to make meals palatable for Kashyap. She was encouraged by positive feedbacks from various other cancer fighters' family members. Within no time it helped many cancer fighter to gain back their interests in food and they started having proper meals.
