Hi and welcome to the Bubble & Flute you tube channel for champagne fans. I started the B&F blog (www.bubbleandflute.com) because I LOVE champagne. And while I know a shit-tonne about champagne, I am not a traditional expert. I don't have the champagne equivalent of an MBA. And don't write complex tasting notes where I pick up traces of ‘burnt chocolate and scorched almonds and fresh hay under the high-noon sun! ‘ I am just a chick who fell in love with champagne and wanted to know more.
