Hi and welcome to my channel! I'm Aya and I create videos mostly about health, wellness and beauty. I try my best to be healthy by doing my research through listening to podcasts, reading books and watching documentaries. I believe na sobrang swerte natin sa panahon ngayon kasi we all have these resources na accessible to help us out sa goals naten to be healthy overall not just physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. I created this channel to help everyone to be inspired and to be motivated to become healthier, better versions of yourselves as I also go on this journey myself. In addition, I am new in the motherhood world with my beautiful son, Cedie! More than happy to share bits of how I navigate this wonderful new world of parenthood to my community. Also, as a Filipino registered nurse(OFW) in Australia, I will also sometimes share with you my life here overseas. Tara samahan nyo ako sa journey na to! :)
