Hello and welcome to my Channel Homestyle Flavors! I am a doctor, homemaker and a mom of a toddler and I have always had special interest in Nutrition and health. Homestyle Flavors is not just a food recipe channel but a vision and a platform for me to share healthy and delicious recipes with my viewers which are outcome of my research and understanding of food and nutrition. I am a foodie myself but always been inclined to make my meals healthy. Being a mom I face and overcome number of challenges to make tasty and healthy meals for my kid and family and so my focus is on providing healthy alternative without compromising on taste. I am a firm believer of the fact that " food may be the fuel for body but a healthy food is a fuel for soul!" My profession as a doctor and my passion for cooking had inspired me to come up with the idea of starting this channel and sharing healthy recipes that you can enjoy with your fitness plan without feeling guilty!
