F3 MISSION AND STORY: Our goal in launching F3 is to help make bodies and relationships exponentially stronger. We are Scott and Rachel Penick. We have been married for over 18 years, and we have four children. Through more than a decade of marriage we mostly did our own thing with fitness. BC (before children), we would often go to road races together and that sort of thing, but our daily fitness routines were separate. After kids started coming into our life (four of them), our fitness routines were even more separate. Five years ago, we started working out together, and we have seen, not only tremendous gains in fitness; but we have also seen amazing benefits for our relationship. You can too!!!
