My channel is for people who love music and especially love grooving to it. I am a Zumba instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am California born and raised. I grew up dancing in a fruit shed converted to a huge dance studio out in the country side and eventually studied in the beautiful school of Dance at California State Long Beach. After college I danced my heart out on a LA based Salsa company and eventually made my way up to the Bay. I eventually fell in love with teaching Zumba. It gives me so much joy teaching my class to not just move to music but to let the music move them. This is what makes Zumba so addicting. When you allow Latin, world, amongst many other beats take over your mind and body for 1 hour out of your day, thats when Zumba changes your life.
