Dance Along Gal is a community-engaged arts practitioner that creates Chair Yoga Dances for senior citizens, people that require seated workouts, teachers to use with students, and those who love to exercise and sing-along to the best oldies music hits! I hope this channel serves as a FUN and useful resource for seniors living at home, teachers, and Activity Directors & Assistants working in independent and assisted living facilities. If you can't dance along, go ahead and clap, toe-tap, and sing along! Dance Along Gal is a former school teacher and founder of the San Diego-based volunteer outreach Roses for Our Senior Friends. She is a certified ACE Group Fitness and Chair Yoga Dance Instructor with Sherry Zak Morris' Yoga Vista Academy.
