Ciao! I'm Silvia and I'm from Matera, Basilicata, Southern Italy. With this channel, I want to show you the food that I've grown up with and share with you some of the secrets of the best, authentic Italian cuisine. I've spent most of my life growing up in a traditional 'agriturismo' and day after day I've seen my Mamma cooking some of the most incredible, authentic and tasty food you can find anywhere in the world. Now I want to share these amazing tricks, tips and recipes with you! Don't worry if you can't always find the exact ingredients – you can always swap and change things to your taste.
