Goodmans is pleased to offer a series of professional development and continuing legal education sessions as part of our Goodmans Presents program. These sessions are designed to help meet the Law Society of Upper Canada CPD requirements and to provide topical, informative and relevant insight and guidance to our clients. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our in-person programming has been indefinitely postponed. This doesn’t mean you can’t continue to learn and satisfy your CPD requirements. While the full CPD requirement continues to apply for 2020, the LSO, in an effort to support public health best practices of physical distancing, has removed the six hour maximum limit applied to watching archived programs without a colleague.
