"Kiaora" I'm a professional chef with 25 plus years of experience in the industry. Proud dad of 2 gorgeous kids and a lovely wife, living in new Zealand "Aoteoroa" with my family. Cooking has always been my passion since childhood where my mums kitchen was my first school, I also teach and consult. Most of the recipes and videos here will be things that I love to cook and share with the family. Kids also play a big part and I love cooking with my kids at home. Always looking at healthy, tasty , delicious food. flavour and taste is my number one priority..
