Welcome to Wall Flowers UK, I`m Mary-Ann and in these videos' I use food from 3 areas, some I grow, some I forage and some are shop bought. I will be cooking, growing fruits and veg in my garden allotment, foraging & Canning& Dehydrating.....I store all my canned goods in recycled glass jars that were originally storing shop bought food...my friends and neighbour's collect jars for me too, which is wonderful. Here in the UK it is expensive to buy canning jars and equipment, so using recycled jars not only saves me time shopping for them but also the costs .
