I am Simon Katz and this is my channel. Here, I will share my experiences in entrepreneurship, business, investing, finance, real estate, and life. I have taken several businesses to millions in sales, hired hundreds of employees, and opened several offices globally. My success has allowed me to invest in Real Estate in both residential and commercial properties with tenants generating passive income. As an American Express Centurion (Black Card) Member, Chase JP Morgan Reserve Card Member, and a first-time homeowner by age 25, I have hustled to get to where I am with no financial support from my parents, who are first-generation immigrants.
