College of the Redwoods, HO-15 Distance Education Nutrition Course Lectures Dr. Christine Dobrowolski has been teaching introductory nutrition courses at the College of the Redwoods since 2005 and courses in the Exercise Nutrition Certificate Program at Humboldt State University since 2010. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Samuel Merritt University. She completed her residency training in foot and ankle surgery at Western Medical Center in Anaheim and at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Walnut Creek. She currently lives in Lake Tahoe where she practices podiatry part-time and teaches nutrition part-time. She has created two informational websites, www.nutritionaldoublethink.com and www.northcoastfootcare.com.
