Welcome to my channel! Born in Venezuela, livin' in Austin, Texas. I live n breathe Fitness and Food. I have a background in competing in the NPC (Bikini Bodybuilding) and in my channel you will find my workout routines, my diet tips and tricks, and I'll share with you the things I wish I knew before I started my fitness journey.
