Aloha! I’m Elle, your everyday wife and mom to an angel son and a 15yo daughter. I use exercise and workouts for mental health, grief relief, and getting fit. My journey to better health began 4 years ago and continues today. I started with other YouTube videos a few years ago with Emi and Jo. In the last year, I grew into this burn360 program. But there were no videos out there showing me what the routines actually look like. So I decided to do just that. My videos are filmed and posted with very little editing so that you can get the full effect(grunts and all!). Important: These are my opinions and my views of this program.
