My name is BSP (Briohny) and I'm a London based artist. My approach to music is via art and vice versa as I'm using my chromesthesia, a type of synesthesia where sound involuntarily evokes the experience of seeing colors. Being a singer and a painter, I intertwine both worlds in a way that is wholly original. The colorful textures I perceive when hearing music are depicted in my paintings, and when I perform, I go solo on stage playing my art pieces as an electronic drum, all connected with a keyboard, controller, and laptop. My chromesthesia taught me that to be different is ok. I've never felt accepted in my life until I found my true self and my uniqueness. Difference is what makes us humans. I teamed up with Wherefrom to spread awareness about climate change, gender, behavior change, and ecological restoration through large-scale tropical reforestation.
