Daryl Conant, M.Ed. is an accomplished natural bodybuilder. He is a former student of the late great bodybuilding trainer Vince Gironda. Over the past 33 years Daryl has devoted his bodybuilding career to teaching what he learned from Vince. In addition to the knowledge gained from Vince, Daryl holds two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree in Exercise Science. Daryl owns a gym in Kennebunk, Maine (22 years) where he continues to teach Vince's methods. He also has the only Vince's Gym Museum dedicated to Vince Gironda. In the museum are many of the iconic pieces of equipment that were once housed in Vince's Gym in Studio City. Daryl has written two books about what he learned from Vince, InVINCEable and ConVINCEd.
