Bridges Career Academies & Workplace Connection is a workforce development initiative that connects high school students with the business community through K-12 and post-secondary educational partners to be prepared for a career or college. Serving Minnesota’s Region 5, Bridges provides leadership that engages and empowers students and educational professionals to explore career pathways, enhance partnerships between education and the business community, inspire innovative ideas, and promote regional career opportunities. Bridges offers programs in 3 service components: Career Awareness, Academic Enrichment and Career Experiences — all to help the next generation of workforce become better prepared to meet the demands of local employers.
