There is always more to learn! I love to ask questions, even seemingly simple ones, because if we don't ask, How Else Will We Know? I will be posting food allergy-related reviews, interviewing a variety of people who have something to do with the food allergy world- plus learning other fun facts about my guests- their passions, projects and more! People like to quote Francis Bacon and say "Knowledge is Power," and it is. But I like to quote Thomas Jefferson who said "Knowledge is Safety," which is what I believe, especially when it comes to food allergies.
