The mission statement of the Dorcheat Historical Association & Museum, Inc. in Minden, Louisiana..is to establish and promote a strong sense of community pride by preserving our past for our future generations. We will make our patrons aware of Webster Parish’s historical assets and significance by promoting, teaching, involving, and displaying history in many unique ways.
