I am a dancer, teacher and Beachbody Coach. I am a city girl turned mountain girl who is truly passionate about giving back and serving others. After spending 12 years working and dancing in NYC, living the go-go-go, hustle life, and most definitely paycheck to paycheck, I am happy to say I have found a better way. Upon moving out to the mountains of Colorado I decided to make a change to find more balance in all areas of my life.
