My name is Joseph Basiura and I am a football player and student at the University of Pennsylvania. I have also competed in multiple weighting, powerlifting, and strongman competitions, and I also have experience coaching numerous different athletes and some of my friends. I am extremely passionate about making myself and anyone I work with the strongest version of ourselves. Follow me and my training, and pick up a few tips and tricks along the way.
