He began his professional career as a personal trainer and natural physique coach in 2015 and expanded his expertise to include strength and conditioning coaching in 2017. He uses evidence-based methodologies based on his exercise physiology and sports nutrition studies to improve public health, fitness, and athletic performance. Hamidreza is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutritionist, earning both credentials from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
