Welcome to Digging For Health! I’m Andrea and the big bald guy is my husband Mike (aka Giggles & Grunt). Our focus here at Digging For Health is to share our personal journey to whole body health! We primarily follow a Whole Food Plant Based Diet and between the two of us we suffer from a multitude of health issues that we intend to reverse with a healthy lifestyle! We also have a small-scale 1-acre homestead where we focus on growing 100% healthy organic produce for our family.
