Welcome to my world😁! My name is Erika and I'm here to record my weight-loss journey on YouTube🙂, as well as opening up my crazy life to you all🙂❤, so you can see the big picture of who, what, where, and why I am the way I am❤ - I believe people are a product of their experiences💯, and those experiences have brought me here, to this point...now the journey to something better❤, as good as 'here' is❤ My goal in my journey is using NO gimmicks, NO fad diets...just a pen, paper, activities that don't involve the traditional gym, and back to basics methods🙂❤👍...naturally❤ Let's see if I can accomplish this❤ I don't have thousands of dollars for a personal trainer, and I'm not even doing this for looks (but I would be lying if I didn't say it would be a perk lol)...I'm doing this to help myself, set a good example to my 4 kiddos, and get back to where I need to be❤ Enjoy my journey with me, and here's to hoping I can inspire someone else and pay it foward❤ Peace and Love, Erika🦄
