Hi there, I'm Diana and welcome to my channel! I live in Charlotte, NC with my hubs, three kids(13 yrs, 11 yrs and 3 yrs), and dog, Apollo. I am an ACE Certified Functional Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer, AFFA Group Exercise Instructor, and NASM Youth Fitness Coach. I have been in the industry for over 10 years and I absolutely love what I do. In addition to conducting classes at my local gym, I am excited to share with all of you the effective techniques and insights I've discovered along the way.
