Welcome to Jay Scott Outdoors' You Tube Channel! This channel follows Jay Scott's hunting and fishing adventures and provides educational information to help you hone your skills as a hunter and fly fisherman. Jay is going into his 28th year guiding and outfitting for Big Game animals across Arizona and Mexico. Jay operates hunts in Mexico for Mule deer, Bighorn sheep, Coues deer, and Gould's turkey. Throughout the summer Jay chases the hatches fly fishing some of the best rivers across the western U.S. Jay spends every day in September guiding for rutting elk on some of the best elk properties in the country.
