Hi! I'm Jess, a Holistic Nutritionist & Mom of 4. I’m here to help make a healthy lifestyle easy and accessible for busy families, and would love to be friends! With my Master's in Holistic Nutrition, as well as being a Certified Nutritional Chef + Fitness Instructor, health truly is my passion & helping others makes me happy! That is why I created Healthy Fit Fab Moms! Centered around the idea of creating a community of women that I can help educate and empower, it is my ultimate goal to 1) improve women's lives through healthier living and 2) to help women embrace the notion that being Healthy, Fit, and Fab is a lifestyle and a mindset so that you can live your best life while simultaneously taking care of your body and mind on the inside and out!
