I Preeti Gupta created Perfect Health in the year 2006. I have done my Post Graduation in food and nutrition from IHE (institute of home economics) Delhi University, in the year 2004. There after I completed my internship in st. Stephens Hospital. I also gained experience with Dr. Shikha Sharma for 2 years. Then I started my own clinic under the name of “Perfect Health by Preeti Gupta”. I believe in the power of nutrition to heal the health issues of my clients. I have served thousands of people to lose weight with positive lifestyle changes. Since then, they continue to live healthy lifestyle and eat healthy. As after their diet program ends and exclusive maintenance program is also provided to maintain the weight. My approach to nutrition is Ayurvedic, simplistic, and scientific.
