As a long term (30+ year) real estate investor buying my first property at 27 in one of the most expensive markets in America, I have experienced most of the ups and downs of residential real estate. With over $10,000,000 in real estate bought and sold I have made real estate my passion and life work, especially creating wealth over the long term. I created this channel as a learning and sharing experience to let others know what works and doesn't work (especially what SOUNDS like it would work on paper or in a seminar but has critical flaws that prevent it from working out in the market place) so that other people cant enjoy the success and fulfillment that I have found in real estate.
