Recent and ongoing art video work in preparation for an installation in London and elsewhere. The exhibition will comprise two parts: A large gallery space will contain a sequence of soundless small-scale projected films, of various sizes, each one no bigger than a large TV screen. In a connecting empty space of similar dimensions, and with subdued lighting, the silence is interrupted by intermittent recorded sounds of vocal uttering: sometimes premeditated, elsewhere recorded clandestinely. The purpose of the exhibition is slowly to reveal the narrative connections between sounds and images.
