I am a social communicator and a pastry chef. I worked for 12 years for brands like A&E, the History Channel, and the Warner Channel. Then I decided to learn pastry at the Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, and I have worked for companies including Meliã, Marriot, COMO and Daniel Boulud.
