Focusing on effective mission-centered advocacy and policy movement that drives the change needed to transform health and well-being. Working to influence the health care industry and policy environment to help scale and sustain targeted innovation through: (1) Development of broad coalitions. (2) Thought leadership, sharing ideas on industry alignment strategy and standards. (3) Promotion of investments in and adoption of innovative and strategic initiatives. Focus areas include interoperability, new payment models that increase access and enable higher-value care, social determinants of health, health equity, and alignment of quality standards. This work is a payor-system agnostic effort, helping to accelerate transformation of the health care system into one that is universal, equitable, affordable, high quality, comprehensive, digital, simple, and sustainable.
