About the show: History Kitchen explores the origins of food. The kitchen has always been a place of community and nourishment within a home and because of this, I try to find the origins of dishes to make connections between cultures and people, past and present. Be sure to subscribe for a bite of history and a bite of good food. About me: My name is Richie, I'm of Mexican descent. I carry my culture proudly as I explore the world around me and share pieces of myself. I graduated with a degree in Arts & Sciences from MSU Denver where I studied Modern Languages with a focus on world history & Spanish translation. I live in the UK, where I continue my exploration of self & dig into good food. -Richie
