Welcome to my channel! I have many passions and cooking is one of them! I have been cooking since the age of 11 and cooking for a big family of 23! I am super excited to bring you so many recipes from all over the globe! You name it, I can cook it! From African, Caribbean, Asian, to European cuisine, I gotcha! We are going to cook and sometimes explore the world together! I also love to garden and started a garden in my backyard after the passing of my beloved daughter Ashley “Memon” and it was a therapeutic way of me to deal with my loss. However, watching my crops grow, I started cooking using mostly ingredients, herbs and spices from my garden into my dishes as you would see in my cooking! I am hoping that my channel would inspire you; especially those who want to learn about cooking to just go for it! Cooking is fun...So come on and let’s have fun together!
