Keto Genie was an offshoot on my Dinner Genie business which featured menu planning, home cooked meals made from scratch with fresh local organic ingredients. As this business evolved, and life got busier- I came across low carb and the Ketogenic diet. After doing my own research, I began following a Keto lifestyle. Once I began to experience the almost magical effects of eating this way, I became an avid Keto chef -wanted to share the benefits with family, friends and even my Dinner Genie Clients. The main reason I started Keto in the first place was for weight loss. I found myself carrying extra weight on my 5 foot nothin' frame, and was always tired, cranky, low energy was a constant struggle!
