He is the host of a biweekly TV news segment called “Real Estate Matters” that airs on a CBS affiliate in SW Florida. For the last 25 years Denny has been the keynote speaker at the News-Press Market Watch, which is the largest real estate forecasting event of its kind in the country. Denny’s team is “Powered by The Kristan Cole Network” (KCN) and Denny was recently recognized by Keller Williams as having the number one expansion location in the company. On a personal note, Denny is a pilot, a dog lover and an ok golfer.
