Quick and easy low calorie meals for one made with real food :) I have battled losing the same 10 pounds over and over again. This time no more crazy diets, no shakes, no only eating raw food or drinking juices. I felt weak and tired and seriously deprived! This is real food folks and will help you feel full and satisfied. My goal is 1500 calories a day to maintain my weight. I work out 4 times per week. This channel is dedicated to offering you options on quick, satisfying low calorie meals to help you keep your weight at a healthy place. It's working :) I started at 143 pounds and am now down to 133 pounds in 2 months and I don't feel like I am dieting :) I eat chocolate, cookies and crackers along with veggies, meats and cheese and dairy.
