All recordings prior to 2024 were from our live Zoom practices recorded right from the heart of Melbourne when we had a studio called Downward Duck and Co. At Downward Duck, we strived to offer practices with a trauma sensitive approach. From beginner's practices to options for those with injuries both physical and invisible...you're welcome to try these out. Give it a go, rest when you need and skip anything that doesn't feel right in your body. Now operating under the Australian Trauma Education Center (ATEC), we hope to share more trauma sensitive practices with you soon. In 2025, we will offer yoga and pilates in Berwick, VIC and online trauma sensitive yoga.
