Here’s a lil about me… -2002 at 19 I started investigating in real estate, I’m not a realtor to this day -2005 I completely picked up and relocated to another state and bought 2 houses -2018 I bought and sold more real estate -2020 bought my first fixer upper and DIY the whole thing with the help of YouTube and TikTok videos. This channel was actually started as a place to keep ideas in one place. Oh yeah, I started a digital advertising business during Covid lock down 😆 -2022 I decided to try this crazy experiment of turning one of my rentals into an Airbnb. Follow me as I DIY remodel, lease and manage real estate, start and run a short term rental, work a 9-5 job, try to be a good Mom to 2 teens, and be the best Wife I can be. I love sharing because that’s how I got here, thanks to everyone else before me who was willing to share how they did it. This is my way of giving back to you.
