Matt Sloan is an occupational therapy assistant, personal trainer and sensory health specialist who specializes in sensory integration therapy and fitness. This series of videos was created for parents, PE teachers, fitness professionals, and therapists of all kinds who work with kids or adults struggling with sensory difficulties or movement disorders (SPD, ASD, ADHD, anxiety, neurodiverse). These videos are intended for educational purposes and to spread awareness of sensory strategies, sensorimotor activities, and most things related to sensory and fitness.
