I am a Traditional Wet Shaving enthusiast. Wet shaving and writing a shave related blog at https://www.vintagerazorcollection.squarespace.com has become my primary hobby of late. It has evolved from learning more about how to obtain a great shave and different razors, soaps, creams, balms, aftershaves and blades to becoming a creator of homemade shave products from inexpensive ingredients or the transformation of inexpensive products into customized shaving products. On The Big Shave Facebook group and YouTube I have become the "Mad Scientist of Wet Shaving (Traditional)" and somewhat of a resident philosopher about some of the deeper aspects of traditional wet shaving. By profession I am a social worker. Helping people understand how to better manage their lives and interact with their environment is what a social worker does. In my videos of my daily shaves I talk about creating products and how shaving can impact everything.
