Hi! My name is Inn Ping and I'm a mother of two lovely kids. We named our home kitchen "K&K Kitchen". Basically, my channel is about cook, bake and fun. My hubby and I have been on ketogenic diet for about a year now and we have successfully lost weight. I've gone from 60kg to 49kg while he has gone from 92kg to 69kg within 6 months. Therefore, you will see that a lot of my videos and recipes are keto friendly and low carb. I remembered that we started not knowing much about what we can eat especially for breakfast and snack. I did a lot of online research and started doing lots of baking at home. Aside that these food are for our diet, I do understand the agony of someone who is on a keto diet and have many restrictions on food choices. This is why I like to try out new recipes and at the same time, share with my fellow keto friends out there! In my channel you will see how I recreate cafe food and turning them keto! At the same time, I do include recipes that are for my kids as well!
