Pedro and Bryan are two Yoga Instructors and Dad’s that took the internet by storm in the past four years creating globally recognized funny and relatable yoga/spiritual memes on Instagram. Why We Started a Podcast? We feel yoga doesn’t have to be taken so serious all the time. Actually life doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. We wanted to create a show for people to tap in to the element of lightness within them, that joyful place, and use it to fuel their life. We believe laughter and gratitude is the best medicine.
