In 2016, my health had taken a drastic turn for the worse. I started losing my hair to Alopecia Areata & had been having EXTREME symptoms from Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I knew I had to make DRASTIC lifestyle changes but didn't know where to start. I wish I had someone who could have pulled me to the side and say, "Here! Here is where you start!" While there isn't one simple solution when dealing with autoimmunity, there is a place you can start. ... This channel is my way of sharing what I have done to help heal my body, change my lifestyle, break bad habits, begin growing back my hair, lose 30 lbs and counting, & feel BETTER than ever imaginable. In essence, this is me pulling you aside and saying, "Here! Here is where you start!" ... I will be sharing my passion for health, holistic & natural healing, and beauty & fitness.
