Hey there. My name is Julie Hoffman and I am the Street Smart Diva. I am a real estate investor and real estate investment coach. People usually decide to work with me because of my experience. Long story short, I have done over 300 deals, been a millionaire, lost everything, and made my way back to a multi-million portfolio since 2002. Also, I have a husband and 5 kids too, so if you think that I can't relate to you, you are likely mistaken. I've had no kids and done real estate all the way up to 5 kids and done real estate. It's like balancing spinning plates. And it is awesome.
