Fitness is a lifestyle, but it doesn't have to be your whole life. My name is Jake Long and I have been working out and studying fitness since I was 12 years old. In 2011, my brother and I started Jakes Home Workouts as a place for busy people to find quick and effective at home workouts. Now we have started Fitness Junkies which is a place where like minded individuals can help like minded individuals.
